The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with executing an impactful and healthy worship culture that flows out of and supports the vision of the Lead Pastor and Midweek Ministry Leads as directed by the Worship Pastor. The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with the development and multiplication of worship leaders and musicians in all midweek ministries, leading the Worship Development process, and worship team Pastoral Care.

The Music Director (MD) is a key leader in the worship ministry, responsible for shaping the musical direction of services and events in alignment with the church’s vision and the vision of the Worship Pastor. This role provides spiritual and musical leadership for band members, supports worship leaders, and ensures excellence in all musical aspects of worship experiences. The MD will work closely with the Worship Pastor and other creative team members to cultivate a culture of worship that is Spirit-led, musically strong, and team-oriented.
