The Student Ministry Associate provides strategic leadership at Rivers Crossing Church. This role is responsible for developing youth ministry-wide systems, leaders, and environments that help students become fully engaged followers of Christ. This role works closely with the Student Pastor, and ensures that weekly services, programs and events are aligned with vision, structured for growth, and executed with excellence.

The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with executing an impactful and healthy worship culture that flows out of and supports the vision of the Lead Pastor and Midweek Ministry Leads as directed by the Worship Pastor. The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with the development and multiplication of worship leaders and musicians in all midweek ministries, leading the Worship Development process, and worship team Pastoral Care.
