My name is Rhea Alexander. I have been married to my incredibly loving and sacrificial husband Neil for 18 years. We have two wonderful children, a daughter Adella, and a son Reagan.

I have carried a deep burden for those who feel forgotten, hurt, unseen, or beyond redemption. God has called me to be a vessel of His love to the brokenhearted and to speak life where there has been only pain, silence, and shame.

Four years ago, myself and a team of other like minded women stepped into the Warren County Jail for the first time, feeling unequipped but utterly convinced of one thing: Jesus wanted them to know they were loved. That first visit became the beginning of the Rivers Crossing Women’s Jail Ministry. Week after week, we returned—not with all the answers, but with the love and truth of God’s Word. We have seen the Lord soften hearts, break chains, free captives, heal, and awaken callings in women who once believed they had nothing left to live for.

In addition to jail ministry, God has also led me onto the streets of Dayton to partner with a ministry that seeks out those who are being or who are at risk for being sex trafficked. Here we meet the women where they are at with a small tangible love offering while also speaking to them the powerful message of freedom that is in Jesus Christ reminding them that they are cherished, loved, and vindicated.

One of the most life-changing moments in my journey was a missions trip to Uganda, where I served in a local village and ministered to women and children. I witnessed firsthand what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus across cultures and continents. I also witnessed the powerful and supernatural presence and work of the Holy Spirit when we partner with Him in faith. Despite language barriers, the love of God spoke louder. I held the hands of young girls and women who had endured more than their years should allow and prayed with mothers clinging to faith in the midst of deep hardship.

Throughout all of this, I’ve learned that ministry isn’t about platforms or popularity—It’s about humbleness and a willingness to present everything to the Lord with open hands. It’s about people. It’s about restoration for eternal souls. It’s about showing up, listening, loving, and leading others back to the heart of the Father. My deepest desire is to keep saying yes to Him, wherever He calls, whether it’s in a jail cell, an abandoned alley, or across the ocean.

To God be the glory, for every story rewritten and every soul restored.
