The Disability Ministry Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the Disabilities Director to help the integration of people of all ages with disabilities into the life of Rivers Crossing Church and to give opportunities for them to become fully engaged followers of Christ. This role focuses on administrative support of the disability ministry as well as Jr High – Young Adult Disability coordination.

The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with executing an impactful and healthy worship culture that flows out of and supports the vision of the Lead Pastor and Midweek Ministry Leads as directed by the Worship Pastor. The Associate Worship Pastor is charged with the development and multiplication of worship leaders and musicians in all midweek ministries, leading the Worship Development process, and worship team Pastoral Care.
